Who am I ?
I am a stay at home Mum who has spent the last 21 years loving, raising and caring for my family.
I am a wife to David- a successful handsome wonderful man who has a successful law practise and is an amazing husband, Dad, friend and avid cyclist.
I am a mother of three amazing children – Nicholas, Lucy and Sophia.
I am the owner and lover of two crazy Boston Terriers – Thor and Freya.
I have been a nurse and am now building on all the skills I have developed as a nurse, mother and wife. I have finished a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and volunteer in the area of Grief Counselling and Palliative Care. I hope to open my own business in 2018 to help people manage their own journey of grief and loss.
I have always had a passion for music and I am now having singing lessons and hope to further this passion in the next few years.
I have a passion for all things creative. I love having a beautiful home and garden. I hope to be able to fit in some painting and drawing in 2018 and to develop my photography skills.
I love being fit and healthy. This passion was interrupted on June 10th, 2015 when I crashed my bicycle on a steep hill in Brisbane. I have spent the last two years recovering I am back to being fit and healthy. It was a long road but I am good at being persistent and I know 2018 will be a year where my love of cycling returns and I build my strength back up.
My blog is a record of my journey of life. I love to travel so I write about my travels. I also believe leading a grateful life is an avenue for staying happy and appreciating the journey of life. I am also passionate about helping and supporting others to lead a happy, fulfilling and authentic life. I hope my blog is able to inspire in some small way others to live happily.
